Avocado and Tomato Salad with Balsamic Dressing
Ingredients:

• 2 ripe avocados, peeled, pitted, and diced
• 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
• 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
• 2 tablespoons fresh basil leaves, chopped
• 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
• 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
• Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, combine the diced avocados, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and fresh basil leaves.
2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the extra-virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
